Question : Exchange 2010 replication over a WAN with high latency
My client has multiple site offices and some are located in remote areas with no access to copper or HDSPA wireless. The remaining option for connectivity there is to use satellite links, which have a latency of around 700ms one way (1.4 sec round trip).
My client would like to move from Outlook Anywhere to having a local Exchange server at each site and database availability groups to replicate between the sites. The documentation for DAG states that a latency of less than 250ms is required (I assume this is roundtrip).
Are there any other ways to implement the requirement?

the problem is that high availability won't work either. so setup exchange there and create a high availability locally. then backup locally
