Question : Grey Box Excel 2007

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me why, when I click <CTRL+S> in Excel, a grey box appears?

A picture of the grey box I'm talking about is in the attached file.

It is very annoying!!

Are there any custom macros set up for the sheet, or does this happen to all sheets?
