Question : Foundation Server and SBS2003
Hi there,
Just a quick one. Currently have a site that is running sbs2003 r2 with about 30 users. 9 of these users then work out of another office for half the week. I am looking at putting a server in this remote office, mainly to allow them tto have access file and print. I am looking at putting foundation server in. These sites will not be joined at all. Is it posible to take the foundation server to the main site, run dcproomo on it, then take it to the remote site, so when the user goes to the remote site, they can then authenitcate against the Foundation server? Will dcpromo work on the foundation server if there are more than 15 users? Or would I have to run dcpromo, and then delete all user accounts except the 9 accounts? Thanks for any advice.
