Question : Port replication to another IP

Where are looking for a software in windows OS to have a port repetear.

For example:

In the repetear machine receive a TCP connection from port 5001 and repeat to another IP using port 5002

Can I save all the traffic that the repeater transport as a black box recorder for forensics purposes?

The netcat utility will do what you want. You can get it here:
