I don't think it can do anything with Mac OS as the cross platform will prevent this. Viruses are dangerous but not that clever. It can be Mebroot but no 100% guarantee of that. Eset once died on me when virus came from a infected side. PC and data on it was ruined. Since then I use Avira + Malwarebytes.
As I said in previous comment, the most complicated thing is your HDD. It is GPT and you cannot easily get it out of machine and connect as external to another system. Thus your quickest and easiest way is to reinstall.
Also you can backup current HDD to restore it later to another HDD and scan that drive as external drive when Windows is reinstalled. I recently took image of my BootCamp configuration (MacOS Snow Leo and Windows 7 Enterprise) and did restore that using Paragon Drive Backup WinPE Recovery CD. Had to use reEfit to retain the drive again but it works. So get that CD and do a backup first. Then you can reinstall the OS.
