Question : cannot reset Fortinet fortiWIFI 80C to factory settings

We have a new Fortinet FortiWIFI 80CM firewall/router. A contract integrator configured the device with a new admin password, but the contractor has since disappeared. There appears to be no reset button on this device that I can locate. I can connect to the serial port. How do I reset this device so we can use it?

by the way, the maintainer login thing has to be done within 14 seconds of bootup...

for the factory reset:

execute factoryreset

(without the space)

or log into the GUI now that you have the password, and do it that way:
system > status > reset
