Question : TS WEB ACCESS (STD 2008 Server)

Hope you can help, when a remote user connects to REMOTEAPP PROGRAMS & then clicks the icon REMOTE DESKTOP from within TS WEB ACCESS URL they end up connecting ok but the screen is the wrong resolution they have to use the scroll bars to move round the remote screen? whats the best way of fixing the problem without messing up other users settings?
