Question : URL Rewrite

Hi
i have a website asp.net hosted on windows 2008 with iis 7
i have the following link:
http://www.mydomain.com/ShowRoom.aspx?ID=5
they query string ID represent different ShowRoom

i want when some one acees this page ,i take the ID and search against this number in DB
if i found a result then i want the url to be like this
http://www.mydomain.com/ShowRoomName
otherwise
it will stay the same link

also
when any user access the website like this
http://www.mydomain.com/ShowRoomName

the website should direct him to the correct place
