Question : Full Cone Nat on a Cisco router

Hi experts, i am trying to find out if

A) It is possible to do Full Cone Nat on a Cisco Router

B) If it is possible if anyone has any configuration examples that they can share.

I have been looking around but it seems to be a Nortel thing
