I have setup my Exchange 20010 and i have setup my MX and A host in the DNS Forward, Do i need to seup a Reverse Recorded?

To answer your question - it is important to have Reverse DNS only when sending, not when receiving.

Your ISP is the only one that can set this up and it is important that the name you use matches the name you have configured for your MX record and the name should also be setup (to match) on your Send Connector.
