Question : Windows 7 Firewall Service Unresponsive

I have a Windows 7 workstation and I am having issues with the firewall.  The service shows as being started, but I cannot stop or restart it, it will just hang and eventually error out.   When I try to access any of the firewall options, I get the loading/spinning circle and nothing opens up.  There is no anti virus or other software firewalls on the machine.  The machine is on a domain, but I removed it from the domain and had the same results.  I also ran a full virus and spyware scan that found nothing.

Answer : Windows 7 Firewall Service Unresponsive

OK... as i suspect....
you have Snapshots...
good news ... is a easy tree...
you have to keep only the final stage of your VM to migration...
so... after backup all your envinronment...
you can delete all others objects in this screen... keeping only the "You are Here" Object

Do it with you VM sdown.
