Question : Remote Desktop
I have a Windows Server 2003 and windows xp. We connect to the server via Remote desktop. how can we setup it up so that we can see the local drives on our printers on the server. the printers use ip address, and not LPT or USB. In the remote desktop connection screen we did select under local resources to show printers and drives but when we log onto the server none of these show. the drivers for the printer aren't installed on the server but will that at least stop it from showing, but also the drives on the clients aren't showing up either. is their a services that needs to run. any help will be great.
Answer : Remote Desktop
Ok, then installed the drivers locally on the server. I have had this happen many times. Installed the drives on the server should resolve the issue.
