Question : Email keeps going into Junk Mail Folder in Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003

I have a single Exchange 2003 server that has about 150 mailboxes.  One of our software guys created an automated email that reminds users to do their timecards.

This email goes into everyones Junk Mail Folder.  And its not an Outlook issue.  It goes into junk mail in Webmail or any other client.

So basically the setting is on Exchnage

Is there something I need to check on the Exchange server?

I atttached the header..

Answer : Email keeps going into Junk Mail Folder in Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003

Here is a link to set up an accept list on your exchange server.  This should bypass all other rules set up on the user end.  Hope this helps
