Question : "File Helper" reporting - Your system may have upopenable files - Why?

Hi,
In a network a user seems to have aquited an installation of File Helper.
I had not heard of this until him reporitng an issue and having a ballon in the bottom right hand corner reporting the error in the title and shown in picture.

Initial reaction was a virus, but googling it so far seems OK:

However, just wanted to get other opinions before I act. Anyone heard of this?

Note I  ran a full Malware bytes scan and it found nothing.

Personally, I'd get rid of it!

Browse to its program files folder and upload its exe to Virustotal to be checked

Also run a scan with Hitmanpro first. Save Xml log at the end if anything found
