Question : Problems installing the AjaxControlTooKit.dll

Hi Experts,
I am running Visual Studio - Microsoft .Net framework version 3.5 SP1- and I am replacing the AjaxcontrolToolKit that I used to have(version 1.0) with the new version AjaxControlToolkit 3.5.404120 (http://ajaxcontroltoolkit.codeplex.com/releases/view/43475).
When I try to build the solution there is an error that appears:

Error      81      Assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit, Version=3.5.40412.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=28f01b0e84b6d53e' uses 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' which has a higher version than referenced assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'

Why should I do?
I don't need if this matter but my System.Web.Extensions is version 1.0 , Do I need to change it and where I can find the dll?

Thank you for your help!
