Question : Clear repeating values from an excel column with VBA

I need a VBA module that will search for the 1st instance of "Widget1" value and "Product1" value, then clear any other instance of it in the column.  The illustration below demonstrates what I'm looking to accomplish.  Thanks for any help! ;-)

To answer your questions:

a) Checkpoint file
> Yes.
b) Log files older than the restored database
> Yes. If your Restored database was a full backup which flushed the log files prior to that.
c) You have to use eseutil and log replay
