Question : how to export the SSL certificate from Microsoft exchange 2003 in the .p12 format for mobile phone HTC Desire

A user needs to install our exchange 2003 SSL cert in .p12 format for his Android phone - HTC Desire in order to be able to setup his mailbox on his phone.

I couldn't figure out where can I export this SSL certificate from Exchange to this format.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Run MMC, Export the Root cert of the CA that issued the Web Server certificate in base 64 format. Copy that file to the phone and add it to the certificate store.

That should be it. I just performed the procedure on 2 HTC desire phones and that was it.
