Question : disk IOP calculation

hi

we are in phase of deploying exchange 2010 in our env. there will be 3 mailbox servers.
Following are the configuration per server
disks: total 6 (4*600 GB 15K RPM FC disks configured in RAID 1+0 for database, and 2*600 GB 15k RPM FC disks configured with RAID 1 for LOGS.)
RAM=32 GB
PROCESSOR=  2*quad core 2.2 GHz processors
model= bl460c G6.
We are not planning to use the storage calculator and will use the above configuration for the deployment.
can someone help me in calculating how many iops will i get from above configuration, based on that i can calculate the number of users i can put per server

thanks

Answer : disk IOP calculation

I've used those tools on some of my code by first compiling my code, then decompiling it and to be honest those tools don't do a perfect job.

What you are trying to do is very complex and will take a LONG time.  There isn't an easy solution.

I can point you in the right direction but you will have to do a lot of work yourself.  If you don't have the experience to mix C++ with .NET I think you are going to struggle to complete this work.
