Question : Autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings
I noticed this issue when a couple of my users could not open the out of office assistant. I have been reading posts and trying to change settings to get this to work, but so far i haven't had any luck. So far the only thing i have added is a server name to get-outlookprovider. I do notice that when i run the test e-mail autoconfiguration ,on the client outook, it is pointing to our old smtp server. How can i change that? I get this when i run the test with guessmart. If i just do autodiscover by itself it says Autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings. I am filling in for our exchange admin so i am not up to date on all commands. Please help. and I am sure you will want more info on config, so let me know what you need.
Running Exchange 2007 and office 2007. This was upgraded from exhange 2003, but should be running just fine as Microsoft helped our admin finalize the switchover.
Thank you
