Question : Detection problems with a brother HL-5370DW printer and Windows 2003 Server

We have bought a new brother printer HL-5370DW and want to install the drivers on Windows Server 2003 to share it to end-users throuth our RJ-45 network.
I lauch the CD-ROM given with the printer on the server. I followed the installation notice, but the printer is not desplayed on the active directory (network map).
I installed the Brother BRAdmin software and I can watch the printer, but either not in the active directory.
I can ping the printer with both it's IP address and share name.
I tried also to install manualy the printer driver with both IP address and share name, but no way.
Can you help me? Must I try to restart the server?
