Question : UTF-8 encoding
I have a Java applacation that is supposed to send a XML deck encoded in UTF-8. As long as there are no "strange" characters in there it all works fine, but when I insert something else, it stops working.
Do you have any hints on what to think of when dealing with this?

It's not a standard notation, but the software used to generate that diagram might indeed by using underline to indicate static members.
