Question : asp.net mssql: needhelp on a filter expression

I  need to know how to filter inside a multi-textbox called: location

where in a long text field ...could be stored the state & zipcode  like:

Location:   1600 Amphitheatre Pky, Mountain View, CA  97500

how can I filter this field called 'Location' to find the state and zipcode
