Question : How do I run HP Diagnostics?
I have an HP Proliant ML370 running Windows Server 2003 and a hard drive has gone bad. HP won't replace the drive until I run their diagnostic utility, but I have no clue how to do so. I'm guessing it's a download, but I haven't been able to find anything online or previously posted here. I'm new to this kind of thing, so is anyone able to give me a clear step-by-step on finding and running the diagnostic utility HP is talking about?
Thanks,
SA06
