Question : Access - CopyDatabaseFile

Hi,

Can I use the built-in 'CopyDatabaseFile' to create a SQL database? How does this work, and if this does work, how can I then import into Access again as an Access db?

In summary, please describe the uses and when CopyDatabaseFile can be implemented.
