Question : Backup Failed -

Our backup failed last night and we received an error message that referred us to the above kb link.

This does really tell me much.
Can an expert put this into lamen terms and say exactly what the problem is.
Possibly a bad tape?
Corrupted data being backed up?

Answer : Backup Failed -

Try doing a BIOS firmware update maybe.
