Question : Log on ID and pw
Hello, I think that I am going to have to have an ID and pw to log on to the db. I want this functionality mainly to "see" who has changed data in the db or added data. Is this possible? Maybe further explanation might help. I have a newly created db and just put it on the network. I also have a very disgruntled employee who is very "intimidated" by this new db and I am sure would want to harm it. I think this person has intefered with the integrity of the data but I am not completely sure. If I had an ID and pw setup then maybe I could run some kind of report for ID to see changes? Maybe this is out of the scope of Access.
thank you
Answer : Log on ID and pw
the codes that was posted is called from a single form. so you just have to do it per form you want to track changes made.
