Question : office 2010 know issues? upgrades? education

Im planning to roll out office 2010 pro plus to my office 2003/2007 users. Can office 2010 upgrade these previous office suites successfully? Do I need to install a compatibility pack? Any known upgrade issues?
Additionally, where can I find some good online resources to educate my users on the benefits/new features of office 2010 ?

You will not have problems using Office 2003/07 applications on Office 2010. You don't need to install no compatibility pack.
