Question : Backup Software

I'm looking for some backup software that can image drives from a server and push it out to workstations. It needs to do be able to...

1. Able to image the server itself while its running.
2. Image workstations while  they are up and running in windows
3. Be able to image just the difference between last image and what is currently there.
4. Be able to push the data from the server to the workstation.

If this isn't possible is there any recommendations for a small/medium sized business for something similar?
