basically over sweating causes dehydration of the body which can lead in extreme circumstances to teh body going into hypovolumeic shock amongst over things
Not being able to sweat easy for whatever reason can cause teh body to overheat, overheating of the body can cause extreme effects such as fitting. the body is regulated at its temperatuire to ensure enzymes and hormones work at optimum, doesnt take ahuge amount of change in teh body temp for the regulatory process to start mis firing
