Question : export contacts from Microsoft Outlook XP by group

I have a contact list from Microsoft Outlook 2002 [XP] that has many different groups in it. I need the data by group for another data base. Is there a method to export the contact information by group as opposed to the entire contact list.

This is a stand alone installation that does not have exchange
