Question : Outlook 2003 acting wierd with cursor and dialog boxes

Problem started last week. Noticed that when working in outlook my cursor would just snap to either the To: or the senders Name in the reading pane. It doesn't matter where outlook is located on my desktop (i run dual monitor) as it happnes on either monitor or reduced size window. Malwarebytes didn't find anything as well as Symantec Endpoint Protection. This is a company laptop and i've gone thru 3 tiers of support and they have never seen this. Tomorrow night they are going to work with me to remove and reinstall outlook to see if that works. Any thought appreciated
