Question : what could cause a laptop to white screen?

please can somebody tell me what would cause a laptop to white screen?
we've tested the screen cable and its not that,
so we replaced the screen, it seemed to be working fine, but now the problem has happened again? would other problems could cause this?
please could somebody get back to this ASAP, much appreciated

By adding an activex object you effectively trigger a code reset (because they become part of the vbproject). If you really need to do this, I would suggest using an OnTime macro to assign the variable after you have created it.
