Question : email sending problem

I have a problem with sending email out from Windows Live Mail.  When I try to send the email out I
get a dial-up window.  I have checked do not dial-up box on connections, but I still get this box showing up and asking for the dial-up.  Sometime ago I deleted internet connections in the email program as there were some connections that did not work.  I thought I would clear them out and have the email program automatically connect to my continually connected broadband.
