Question : how to change the format of the capture in Adobe Premier Elements

I want to capture video using Adobe Premier Pro but I want it to capture as .avi video.  I am using my camcorder to capture.  How can I change the way it captures?

There's a bit here on Capture Video / Capture Settings in which it says that DV capture is one of the settings.  DV is the one you want -- it will have an AVI extension.
