Question : Programming actions for combo boxes in Microsoft Excel 2007

I need to add a combo box to a Microsoft Excel 2007 spreadsheet.
The options available will be YES and NO.
If YES, I will have to hide 5 rows in the spreadsheet.
If NO, I will have to unhide the same rows.
