Question : Is there any reason not to install Office 2007 on the Server that's running Exchange 2010?

I normally install Office 2007 on new servers as I build them (we have a lot of licenses).  Is there any reason NOT to install Office 2007 on the Server 2008 64-bit Standard (sp2) machine that will be running Exchange 2010?
