Question : Can you subnet 1 public address or only a Class A, B or C network?
I just want to confirm that if you are only given one or two public addresses that they can not be subnetted. You can only subnet a network class of addresses?
Answer : Can you subnet 1 public address or only a Class A, B or C network?
Any address can be subnetted but it only makes sense to use subnetting within the private range that you control, i.e. 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x
