Question : Vodafone Mobile Connect Error Code 619

I am receiving an error code RAS 619. The Vodafone software is 9.4.6. Does anyone have any suggestions? i've reinstalled the software a number of times and removed any multiple modems found.

Uninstalled Vodafone Mobile Connect and installed the Vodafone Mobile Lite. Works well and is holding the connection.
