Question : Microsoft Exchange Server 2010

Dear Experts,

I am new to exchange server, at present I only have concept of why exchange server is used for organization internal emails + POP account is used to receive emails from outside and to send emails to outside world.

I need resource for training of exchange which is easy to follow.
