Question : MS Access locking
What is the best way to completely lock down a MS Access DB. I want to prevent forms, tables, reports, macros and vba from being changed. Any help would be appreciated.
Answer : MS Access locking
In many cases a better alternative would be to use SQL Server Express (which is free) a a data store. SSE can be secured so the concept of deploying a .mde file + using SSE (and properly implementing security) is something to explore.
