Question : can thi s be done in CSS or HTML

Hi,

I have a web page http:/www./haughtonexhibitions.ie and i was wondering can i get a css style or something to that effect just as a one page without any of the JPEGs in it? and without the flash video in it and without the buttons.

Basically the curved area taking up nearly the whole page and then the green curve in that aswell, so it is basically that page as a layout to start a fresh?

I dont know if it can be done but if it can be done i would be so grateful

the answer is to use that image as a container background and then position other elements inside of that container
