Question : SEO: pointing .com to .org and then back

Hello,

I am working with a site

www.nlpcacoach.org

who originally had their site on

www.nlpcacoach.com

and then redirected it to

www.nlpcacoach.org.

Both domains are still indexed, and the .com has all of the backlinks.

They want to switch back to the .com, dropping the .org but they don't want to lose their .org rankings and they want to do what's best.

What should we do?
