Question : Missing add-in toolbar on all Office 2007 Apps
I have Office 2007 installed onto a system, and a piece of software called Systran which translates any text from one language into another.
All Office 2007 apps (word, outlook, excel etc) are supposed to have a toolbar installed from Systran so that it works right inside the Microsoft program. It seems to be missing.
When i log on the system as a domain admin the toolbar is there, but when the user is logged on the toolbar is missing.
I check out the add-in manager under the user and it says its disabled, but under Domain Admin it says its enabled. (Screenshot attached)
Any idea who to enable the Add-In for the user?
Thanks

Answer : Missing add-in toolbar on all Office 2007 Apps
The syntax looks okay.
Is "text" underlined? It sounds like you are seeing the column heading only, but not the text of the source.
Try entering the name in upper case:
select text from user_source where name = 'DATAINSERT'
