Question : Just in time debugger pop up

I recently had a virus on a computer and cleaned it up and now i'm getting a just in time debugger pop up randomly and quite frequently. I've tried going to internet settings and disabling debugging with the two checkboxes. Also i've gone to registry and deleted
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug\Debugger.

I would like this pop up to stop coming up. I don't have visual studio installed I am guessing this is somehow tied to the virus i removed but i can't say for sure. Anyone know how to for sure get rid of this? Thank you in advance.

To clean and to check if you system is clean do following:

Run malwarebytes in Safe Mode with Networking and update it before running a full system scan:
