Question : Bootable Settings error

My OS Windows 7 is not working well. I have enabled some software to start automatically after booting (run startup).

When i Reboot, all these settings are not enabled so I have to set them again to run on startup. It seems that Windows 7 is 'forgetting' all these settings.

Can you please explain which software is this? Which settings aren't enabled upon reboot?
