Question : Linux Webbased Statistics
Hi,
I wonder if you have some linux related tip for me.
I use webmin to manage my linux server, it has a statistical tool "Webminstats" which I do like. However it seems to be quite load intensive. I wonder if you have any idea of an alternative statistical program that records server stats such as load, cpu, mysql processes, etc. There are so many of these in windows but there got to be something good for Linux that maybe is not eating up so many resources. Let me know if you maybe know something that I could check out.
I have to say that I have this machine remotely hosted so I need something web based that I can access because I do not have a VPN to this machine.
any suggestions would be welcome.
Best wishes,
Thom
Answer : Linux Webbased Statistics
Hi,
I suggest you install munin. You will monitor everything 5 minutes after the installation :)
It monitors CPU, disks, apache, mysql, postfix, whatever :)
