Question : SQL Server databases version contorl (change control)

Hi everybody,
In my company there many internal developer who create different system for internal use. I have source safe to control the versions of program sources and we are going to replace it with Microsoft TFS.
I face this problem that I can not control changes of databases and relate them to different version of sources. I asked my developers to create scripts of any changes in databases and save them in a simple text file. but actually it is very difficult and I am not sure that everybody is doing this.
I am looking for a specific tool that can control database schema changes. could anybody introduce me such a tool?
