Question : BES ADmin

HI

We have a Blackberry Enterprise Server in our Domain, we have a user called BESadmin (domain acct) as a local admin and service account for the server.

I now have a requirement for a new Blackberry Enterprise EXPRESS server in the  same domain. Can I use the same Domain Account - BESadmin on this server to do the install and configure the service etc or do i need a new account??

Are there any problems with doing this?

Answer : BES ADmin

As you haven't configured the DRAC best would be contact the DataCenter's NOC to take a look at it, rather wasting the time which will we waste in this particular case.

and also make sure that you configure the DRAC as soon as the server is up this time.
