Question : Outlook startup problem
Outlook 2003 says is was not shut down correctly and needs to start in safe mode. It does startup in safe mode and works with the limitations that safe mode offers. I then shut it down and reboot the machine and try to start Outlook and it just hangs. Does anyone have an idea as tow hat I am doing wrong or how to fix this problem
Answer : Outlook startup problem
Also, log in to your Windows machine with a different user profile (make one if need be). Does the problem occur in a different profile? If not, it may be a Windows Profile problem (which has happened before).
