Question : SBS 2008 migration failed, what now?

For some time now I have tried to make a SBS 2008 migration from SBS 2003, but every attempt has failed miserably. I've every trick in the book without any luck, and I can't afford to keep trying. So what do I do now?

I haven't been able to find a guide on what to do when migration failes, but that's what I need.

The source server is still working, but it's not stable. And one HD in the RAID has faled already.
The new server is ready, I just have to port users, data and mail to it.

There's only 10 users and no Sharepoint, so it's no big job. Quite simple, really.

I'll have to do a complete install on the new server, and keep the source off the grid. This means removing every workstation from the domain, and rejoining them when the new serer is ready.

My only concern is the email. How do I securely move the mail from the server to the new one, without losing any of it in the process?

And is there any other problem, taht I havenøt figured out yet?
